With 12 years of success in the beauty industry as a master hair stylist, Robert Caplé (also known as Bo) went on to open his own private salon located on the Bowery to continue servicing his high-end clientele in Manhattan. Originally from Smithtown, Long Island, Stephanie attended NYU's Real Estate Development, Investment and Law program. Then after a short stint in fractional sales at the St.Regis New York, left Starwood for The Blackstone Group to project manage hotel renovations on 200 various properties they purchased throughout Europe. Alan is a long-time New York City resident who has lived all over the US, and has studied, worked and traveled in Europe and the Middle East. Having received a Bachelors in English in Pennsylvania, he planned and performed operational, logistical and administrative tasks as a US Army officer. His last military assignment involved training and evaluating senior leaders and staff in decision-making and communications procedures. Alan received a Masters in Business Administration in New York, as well as studying German and Russian. Specializing in commercial properties in Midtown and the Financial District, he assists tenant-side clients in finding the best commercial and residential properties for sale or lease in New York City. Alan believes in comprehensively identifying and understanding all client wants and needs, and promptly seizing short- term opportunities for clients to buy or rent their ideal office or apartment in Manhattan or the outer boroughs.
