Her combined 12 years of customer service and sales experience as a jewelry, clothing and home décor representative, along with 10 years in the fast-paced, television news industry as a video editor, have given her the ability to provide personalized care to clientele, be attentive to their needs, have an eye for detail and design, problem-solve when necessary, multi-task, and be driven to accomplish her goals in a timely fashion. I am happy to be back at Tungsten Property after more than a year of absence. I have had an enormous amount of Real Estate transaction experience particularly in New York State, including Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan properties. Yet, I still am gathering knowledge and look forward to working Tungsten Property's Brokers and Agents to continue my expertize in Listings and Sales. In lieu of my absence I had been trained as an Insurance Agent at Nationwide and All State. It was an experience that I can sum up as a character enhancement for caring about peoples lives, their property, heath, and compensation for their casualty. I also was a trainee at Castle Rock brokerage. In my youth I traveled throughout the world with my father, on diplomatic assignment. I am proud to say that my maiden name Oesman refers to my grandfather who is an honorable beloved Prince of Minangkabau Traditional clan from Sumatra in Indonesia. Along with my father, Ramana Oesman, I grew up with Mohammad Yamin, a prominent scholar in Indonesia who managed and owned landmark properties in Jakarta, Indonesia. Now after numerous years in America, and earning my US citizenship, I hope to settle down and work for success to share with my associates and friends.

Jennifer first started in the Manhattan rental market in the early 90s when apartments were very hard to find and a landlord paying a broker's fee was unheard of. She enjoyed success in the rental market and soon began focusing on sales transactions. Through that, she was offered a job in as a mortgage banker and continued in that field until last year. She is very excited to return to the vibrant Manhattan real estate market and brings back with her a thorough understanding of all facets of the transaction process.
