Reed comes to New York from San Francisco, having lived in Boston, Los Angeles, Florence (Italy), Mexico City, Boulder and Atlanta along the way.
Having attended both UCLA and Art Center College of Design, Reed has a trained eye for design and architecture, as well as a background in business; a skill set that has proved invaluable to his clients. Reed has a notable edge in the market, having formed his own design/build company in Soho in 2004 that has bought and renovated multiple properties in the area since then. As well, Reed has lived in Soho for the past five years, bolstering his knowledge of downtown properties, from gut job renovations to turnkey gems.
With 12 years of success in the beauty industry as a master hair stylist, Robert Caplé (also known as Bo) went on to open his own private salon located on the Bowery to continue servicing his high-end clientele in Manhattan. He first became interested in real estate by discussing property interests with his clients and referring them to successful brokers in the neighborhood. Honing in on his clients needs, his foray into real estate came naturally and ideally.
Originally from New London, CT, he has been living and working in Manhattan since 1995. After graduating from Delaware State University, he worked for The Bank of New York as Assistant Dept. Head under their credit card division, managing its customer's service and retentions dept. He then received his cosmetology license and worked in top-notch salons in NYC such as John Dellaria and Bumble and Bumble as master stylist.
Robert's service background and warm personality makes him a passionate sales agent with a genuine motivation to help his clients rent or own their dream properties. Robert is keenly aware how challenging real estate transactions in the city can be. His passion for providing exceptional service drives his devotion, while working to ensure the process is as effortless as possible. Amanda was born and raised in southern New Hampshire, coming to New York
to attend school at Fordham University. She became fascinated with the
city, and all that it has to offer, and has been here ever since. Coming
from a background in real estate development and interior design, Amanda
has always felt at home within the industry of real estate. Amanda
currently resides in the Financial District and focuses on properties in
downtown Manhattan.
Steve Litwitz is an award-winning Actor and Producer bringing a creative touch to the world of NYC Real Estate. Michael is a native New Yorker at heart, having grown up on Long Island. He comes to Tungsten with a degree in economics from Bates College. Mike has served as the Head Tennis Pro at a private country club on Long Island for many years, and has competed on the collegiate and international level. His professionalism and competitive nature, groomed from many years in the tennis industry translate directly into his career in real estate. A bilingual agent with an international background Michael has worked studied and lived in Spain. He prides himself on being an exceptional listener, hearing exactly what his client wants, and then matching them with the best apartment.
Mike is originally from Rochester, NY, and attended Binghamton University with concentrations in real estate, urban planning and economics. After a brief stay in Philly, he now resides in Downtown Jersey City. Mike has been involved with the Jersey City and Hoboken real estate scene since moving there, and is very knowledgeable on the large variety of residential properties offered in the area, from traditional brownstones to glass high rises on the Hudson.
An explorer at heart, Mark earned a Master's Degree in Architecture and has an eye for details. He has a good sense of space, a keen appreciation for value, and looks for both in Real Estate. He enjoys the challenge of understanding people, spaces, and matching them together. He and his true love live in the Lower East Side and Mark focuses his energy on showing and listing properties in Manhattan below 17th Street.
Jay Meran is a full fledged New Yorker. Not only has he lived in NYC all his life, he lives and breaths NYC from social events to sports team. Jay comes from a solution-based background. He’s always found himself assisting someone with a decision in their personal and business life, and always had an eye for real estate through his father’s involvement in investment real estate. yler was raised in Denver, Colorado and first moved to New York in 2000. Over the past decade, he has lived in the Manhattan’s West Village, Williamsburg, Brooklyn and currently resides on the Upper East Side. In 2009, he graduated from the University of Colorado’s College of Architecture and Planning where he earned graduate level degrees in both Urban Planning and Urban Design as well as a certificate in Historic Preservation. While working towards his master’s degrees, Tyler was also employed by the City and County of Denver’s Community Planning and Development Department. Here, he developed a defendable knowledge of zoning codes, land use review procedures, design guidelines, and sustainable development. He has studied in England, Ireland, Germany and Poland. He has over a decade of professional experience working in the public and non profit sectors with a strong background in public policy, environmental regulation and community development. With a remarkable attention to detail and a drive for results, Tyler provides superior service in all aspects of residential real estate. His professional and academic background, coupled with extensive real estate knowledge ensures that his clients need’s will be met with efficiency, accessibility and integrity.
Audrey Yamaoka has helped numerous client-both long-term New Yorkers as well as international
clients during her 21-years Real Estate career in New York City.
She has found the perfect homes for clients that have come from Asia, Europe, Central and South
America, using her expertise not only to find them a home, but also to help new New Yorkers adjust
to Metropolis living. With her unique background and experience, she is able to give all her clients,

Audrey studied photography at Art Center College of Design received BFA. Until her first child
was born, she pursued a career as commercial photographer in New York City. Her creative eye
and artistic perspective gives her the ability to determine the perfect home to suit each individual’s
preference. Audrey will find your perfect place to call home or she can help sell your current
residence. Her honest, straight forward and hard working approach is appreciated by her clients,
many of whom have returned to buy or sell through her again.
Originally from Smithtown, Long Island, Stephanie attended NYU's Real Estate Development, Investment and Law program. She started her career in the hospitality sector - specifically developing brand prototypes at Starwood including aloft by W and element by Westin in both the Design & Construction and Franchise Development departments. Then after a short stint in fractional sales at the St.Regis New York, left Starwood for The Blackstone Group to project manage hotel renovations on 200 various properties they purchased throughout Europe. When that contract was up she moved to Brooklyn for fun to re-connect with friends and family while starting rentals with aptsandlofts.com. After working the Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Bushwick neighborhoods for about 9 months she became a top rental agent and was recruited by Tungsten Properties. She is still having fun.
