Reed comes to New York from California and has a notable edge in real estate being a developer himself in Soho and renovating multiple for sale properties in the area. As a graduate of the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena as well as The Creative Circus in Atlanta, Reed's has a great eye for interior design and architecture. Reed has also lived in Soho for the past 5 years, adding to his knowledge about downtown luxury real estate.  

Michael was born and raised in New Jersey. Whenever he got the chance, he made his way into New York City to enjoy the music, arts, and restaurants. He always knew that he would live there. Mike attended Rutgers University where he excelled in business and accounting. After six years in equipment sales and leasing in New Jersey, Michael decided it was time to go for the Big Apple. He took his first job in Manhattan in 2002 and quickly began dating his future wife and moved into the city. They have since married and purchased their own Co-Op in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. For ten years, Michael has gained the trust and respect of his clients and colleagues alike in commercial sales. He was an exceptional employee that was ranked in the top 10% of salespeople nationally. He enjoyed an exceptional income and lifestyle. However, he began feeling unhappy with his current occupation and he was always drawn to real estate. He recently left his employer and began his real estate career as a full time venture. Michael takes a professional approach to the sales process and is one of the rising stars in the New York real estate market. He has passed a Co-Op board first hand so he knows what to expect and will prepare prospective buyers and seller for the experience of their life.

Chris Zonnas was born and raised in San Francisco. He received his BA from the University of Southern California and worked in Hollywood for a number of years. Chris moved to New York City in 1999 where he earned his Master's Degree from New School University. He is understanding and aggressive and knows what you're looking for. I was born and raised in New York City. Growing up around the idea that anything is possible, I searched for my career position and it led me down a path of construction. I ran a building maintenence company for a few years then moved on to working under a licensed plumber. While being a plumber, I became very familiar with building supers and property management companies.
