Since 2009, new developments have spurred in the area and residential towers such at the Millennium Tower and the Visonaire have various units available for sale. Libery Terrace, Liberty Tower, Liberty House, and various other properties on South End Ave are also popular choices. In the current market, many sellers are willing to sell at great prices and buyers are buying properties as banks become more relaxed with mortgage terms.
