Creative Professionals for Art Focused Real Estate

Tungsten Property, which is owned by the holdings company Tungsten Partners, which itself owns equity in close to 40 creative companies is seeking a real estate agent or someone whom we could train to be a real estate agent to focus on our art related transactions. We have recently and for many years closed transactions with many notable artists and galleries. We are also active in other cities internationally. This is a very lucrative potential position with incredible ancillary benefits to step into, be trained in. You would be an advisor of sorts and working with the highest levels within the organizations in the art industry.

Additionally, if you are already licensed and working in residential real estate, we can support your operations in that discipline while still training you and exposing you to opportunities in the commercial space for retail and office for notable brands and creative companies.

We work out of a full-floor penthouse loft in Soho with a focus on a collaborative, friendly, and entrepreneurial environment. Hours are flexible and there is the opportunity to make significant annual compensation depending on the time, effort, and focus afforded to the endeavor, with Tungsten bearing the start-up costs and training. We are not a particularly large company but many who work at our company make multiple six figures doing what we feel is creative and rewarding work with high levels of flexibility.

Compensation is commission-based, as is standard in the real estate industry, however, Tungsten will be providing you leads and guidance from the start. Knowledge of the art world is a must and a prior real estate license is desired but we can help you get licensed either way. We are seeking people who are kind, considerate and imaginative — we place great value on a friendly demeanor and an ethical disposition. We are not interested at this time in proposals for design work or contract work of any kind.

We aren’t looking for real estate agent types, we are looking for creative, affable and interesting people who can help us specifically continue to not operate as typical real estate agent types. If you have an affinity for the art world, or fashion, design, hospitality or other creative industries then this is an opportunity for you to work alongside influential players in this industry, help them and make a fairly large amount of money. Even if you bring in one or two transactions through your contacts and someone else at Tungsten Property works to close the deal, you can make tens of thousands of dollars if not hundreds of thousands just for bringing it in to us, but not being pulled into the entire process. Some fees we are working on are over $1 million. Basically, we want you to be who you are and make money from your knowledge of the industry you know and love through us as a conduit. Once again, being a kind, polite and considerate person is very important to us, probably more so than anything else.
