Description of Space:
This 5,000-square-foot SoHo loft has a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and
is peppered with lounge furniture (which can be removed if
necessary). The space has 14-foot ceilings and slender columns, hardwood
floors, a full kitchen, a DJ booth, a sound system, and a 25-foot-long bar.
The venue seats 80 or holds as many as 200 for receptions.

Also, below is what we usually write to prospective clients:

*Maximum seated is 96 or 250 standing.
*The Loft is 5000 sq ft

The venue is located in the heart of Soho and provides an elegant and
EXCLUSIVE/INTIMATE atmosphere decor furniture such as a bed, couches and coffee tables,
a cordless microphone, a professional 4,000 watt cutting edge sound system,
DJ booth, and a movie screening area with a 52 inch plasma screen and a 25
foot long bar. The loft offers a coat room with a moveable coat
rack, 3 buffet tables  and a state of the art chef's kitchen.

General liability insurance, a freight elevator operator paid hourly, a
floor manager for the event, security (number based on final number of
guests) and an in-house busboy.

Before your event we do a thorough clean up and touch up of the space. It is
given to you in pristine condition.
