Alexander Sullivan-Parker

Alexander's passion for people and service drew him to the world of Manhattan real estate. In his 13 year career in culinary and hospitality he has cultivated his skills in leadership and communication, with an affinity for operating in high octane environments. Alex's commitment to integrity and vigorous (old school) work ethic have translated seamlessly into a successful career in real estate. Core to his values is an inalienable desire to put his clients first and strategically guide them through any transaction, whether that be rentals, sales, or helping first time home buyers. His experience serving clients has taken him from Harlem to Brooklyn Heights. Alex adores NYC, is in awe of its grandeur, relishes it's diversity, and has called the Upper East Side home since 2020. In his down time he enjoys cooking, spending time with his family at the beach, and is an avid trail and road runner.
