Per Chapter 153 of the Laws of 2022 in New York State, Tungsten Property is posting these standardized operating procedures for the prerequisites prospective homebuyers must meet prior to receiving any services from Tungsten Property.
(1) Prospective clients shall not be required to show identification.
(2) An exclusive broker agreement for buyer services is not required.
(3) A pre-approval letter for a mortgage is not required. (however at a certain point one may be required by the listing broker as a contingency of an accepted offer)
