Prior to practicing real estate, Tito helped to scout and strategically develop fashion, lifestyle and hospitality brands in addition to overseeing in-house marketing for a leading global interior architect and designer. These formidable post-graduate years enabled him to develop the foresight and big picture point of view that is essential to lead each real estate transaction to exceptional success.
Originally from Chicago, Tito earned his BA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, followed by 2 years spent abroad in Western Spain as an educator. He has lived in various neighborhoods in New York City, and is continually exploring every crevice, gaining an intimate perspective of all it has to offer. He speaks fluent Spanish, and a bit of Italian and French. His deep love of hospitality, gastronomy, architecture, and interior design keep him culturally adept and on the move --- always abreast of New York's endless possibilities for expression and reinvention.
