Born in Vietnam, raised in Northern California.s San Francisco Bay Area, and a New Yorker for six years, Nancy is a refreshing balance between pleasant west coaster and driven, efficient east coaster. My goal is to meet all my clients. needs, and ultimately, to exceed their expectations, no matter what the circumstances.'
Nancy attributes her success to her ability to listen and be resourceful. Her philosophy is simple: offer an uncompromised level of professionalism in the most friendly manner.
I find that people in New York spend so much time in high pressure environments, under the gun and constantly pressured, that when they finally come across someone who is willing to take the time and actually ask the questions that it takes to discern their true needs and desires and then take them by the hand and patiently, intelligently guides them, they really appreciate it.
Nancy specializes in commercial lofts and high-end residential leasing, in addition to sales.
Tom Bencivengo was born and raised in northern Connecticut and is a New Englander at heart (although he won’t admit it). Tom studied at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Ohio where he received a BA in Jazz Studies in the year 2000. After graduating he moved straight to NYC to begin his career as a musician and found his home in Park Slope, Brooklyn where he currently resides. The music world was (and still is) good to Tom and has taken him to many places and down many paths. As a performer he has played with some of New York’s greats and performed around the world. In addition to performing Tom has immersed himself in many other facets of the music world helping him hone his skills as a businessman and entrepreneur. He has worked on score editing projects for Broadway, lectured at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and Vassar College, and managed his own booking agency to name a few. “My interests in Real Estate all started with a trip to Costa Rica with my father to look for some investment opportunities there. Also, seeing Brooklyn at the height of its revival has left me hungry to learn and make my own contribution.” Some of his current personal projects include a land deal on the island of Vieques in Puerto Rico and a restaurant project in Brooklyn. He is also enrolled in his third semester at NYU’s Real Estate Institute. Tom believes a great apartment or business is only made better by a great neighborhood and he has a strong knack for seeing the hidden potential in places that others might overlook, especially in Brooklyn. Overall his experiences have made him a well-rounded, professional individual with a warm personality and a real talent for working with people.

Having been born and raised in New York, Donnie is no stranger to the
ideals that one possesses when trying to establish him or herself in
Manhattan. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life is
a great attribute that he brings with him into the world of real estate.

to use the marketing skills he studied at college and the communication
skills he attained from growing up a native New Yorker and apply them
towards being one of the most efficient and knowledgeable real estate
agents in New York City. To be able to have a job that involves
interacting, forming relationships and working with people is one of
Donnies top priorities. Real estate provides an excellent opportunity
for this, which is why it has become a career worth pursuing for Donnie.

Lisa Bornstein has been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years. She began her career at Century 21
Calabrese in Cliffside Park NJ. She joined Bond New York in 2007 to work with Commercial and Residential clients.
Her association with the Bond International Group to and Wealth Management Group vastly expanded and solidified
her position in the ever changing commercial real estate world. She has recently been recruited by Tungsten
properties to provide expertise for the formation of Tungstens Land Acquisition and Development Division as well
as work with her numerous investment and commercial clientele. Her innovative marketing techniques and unique
perspective have earned her the respect of industry leaders.
One of her first commercial deals was the sale of St Francis Seminary, a 188 acre property that had previously
been on the market for over 10 years. She marketed the property and sold it within a month to a Buddhist Group for
their global headquarters. Over the years Lisa has been involved with numerous transactions which require thinking
outside of the box. She is revered for her ability to deal with challenging situations and her creative strategy.
Lisa assembled four adjacent land parcels, now Church Hill Estates, on the NJ Gold Coast. The site went
unnoticed by the large, local developers vying for property in the area because the property was a sheer cliff. She
had a vision of a unique development built into the mountain overlooking the Hudson River and NYC and made it a
reality. As sole principal, she negotiated options with approval contingencies. With no development experience
she had plans drawn for a 2 phase residential development project. She was integral in changing the township
masterplan which rezoned the project and it was ultimately approved. Although the project took four years, and
involved numerous trials and tribulations, Lisa prevailed. She marketed and flipped the project for to a developer
before the housing market crashed.
Lisa has purchased and sold several investment properties over the years. She also has extensive experience with
1031 tax deferred exchanges. Her personal experience has allowed her the ability to analyze a property from a
principals perspective. She is viewed as a colleague rather than a sales agent which puts her clients at ease. This
has led to the cultivation of many long standing relationships. Lisa holds a BA in psychology from George Washington
University. She is licensed in NY and NJ.
