The Beresford - 211 Central Park West. This stunning landmark of a pre-war building is located on Central Park West, between 81st Street and 82nd Street. Designed by Emery Roth, also the architect of The San Remo, and constructed in 1928 and 1929, this 22-story, 193-unit building offers three towers, two facades and three separate entrances.
